Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday and other Promotion)
For all returns, please contact support@soieva.com for your return label. Please quote your order number and the item that you would like to return and we will inform you of the next steps upon receipt of your email.
Damaged Items
Damaged or lost items must be reported within 14days of delivery. After verification, we may offer areplacement, refund, or other remedy.
